Project-based classes:
To introduce people to working with Polymer Clay I run 2-3 hour classes using a selected technique to ensure that everyone leaves with a completed product. Come along for a creative time, and dip your toes into the world of polymer clay.
Details:
- No. of participants: 3 - 6
- Cost: $100, including materials
- Run in my studio in Mt Albert, Auckland.
- Run either a weekend morning, afternoon or weekday evening. Click on the products below to see dates.
- Drinks included (varies, depending on the time of day!)
- Learn the basics of working with, curing and finishing polymer clay.
- You will make at least one item such as earrings, pendant, necklace, trinket bowl, tile.
Your place will be secured by a $20 non-refundable deposit (unless cancelled by me).

These are half day workshops for people who have completed one of my classes and want to learn more.

Workshop Options:
Canes, Canes, Canes - build simple canes combine for different effects. Techniques including skinner blends, tips and tricks to create and reduce a cane without distortion and minimising waste.
Mokume Gane - explore the various Mokume Gane techniques and apply as veneer. Mokume Gane is a traditional Japanese metalworking technique.
Advanced - Tailored to participants. Ideas for the course content may include pasta maker cleaning and maintenance, fine finishing, veneers, mica effect, inclusions, covered eggs.
