Sue Smith is the creative hand behind Keepsake’s artisan objects.
Sue first discovered her passion for polymer clay after a chance encounter with a model lizard in Denver Airport. After spending some time learning the techniques to successfully use the clay she found she had a talent and a passion for creating 3D art.
Keepsake as a business then ran successfully for 10 years. After a short break Sue has revived her passion for handmade gifts and Keepsake is now back in operation in 2016.
Keepsake gifts are proudly New Zealand made and are often influenced by New Zealand landscape and native animals. Keepsake trains and employs local staff, proudly remaining 100% Kiwi owned and operated.
